These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Treasuretrip website and any travel enquiry, quotation or booking arranged through Treasuretrip. By using the website or confirming a service, you agree to these terms and any booking-specific conditions shared with you.
1. Our role
Treasuretrip provides travel planning and booking assistance for customized tour packages across India, discounted hotel and resort stays, tickets and transport. Many services are supplied by independent third parties. Their availability, schedules, service standards and terms are outside our direct control.
2. Enquiries, quotations and confirmation
Website submissions are enquiries only and do not create a booking. A quotation is based on the information provided and remains subject to availability and change until the required payment is received and Treasuretrip issues a written confirmation.
You must review all names, dates, destinations, room arrangements, inclusions, exclusions and other details before making payment. Notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are confirmed individually and may change due to availability, supplier revisions, taxes, currency movements or government charges. Payment schedules, accepted methods and any non-refundable amounts will be communicated with the quotation or confirmation. A booking may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
4. Supplier terms
Airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operators and other suppliers may impose separate conditions, including check-in rules, baggage limits, deposits, amendment fees, cancellation charges and conduct requirements. Those conditions form part of your booking where applicable.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate traveller and booking information.
- Check identification, permits and health requirements well before travel.
- Arrive on time and comply with supplier, safety and local rules.
- Review current government travel advice and carry all required identification.
- Inform us of medical, dietary, accessibility or other needs that may affect arrangements.
6. Changes and disruptions
Travel arrangements may change because of weather, operational issues, government action, strikes, closures or other events beyond reasonable control. Where possible, Treasuretrip will assist with suitable alternatives, but additional supplier costs may apply.
7. Liability
Treasuretrip will exercise reasonable care in arranging requested services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays or failures of third-party suppliers, or for losses caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Website use and intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. You may not copy, republish, interfere with or misuse the website, its branding or content without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve concerns in good faith; unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
